Based in Melbourne, Australia since 1975, we are an incorporated not-for-profit community club run by volunteers. Our history began with two motorsport-based clubs that started months apart. The Toyota Owners Club of Victoria and Celica Club of Victoria merged in 1992 to create the club we know today.
