XA GT Coupe,rarer than the sedan and often overlooked

The XA GT was produced in both sedan and hardtop (coupe) body styles. The coupe is significantly rarer, with only 750 GT Coupes built compared to over 3,000 GT sedans. The coupe shares the same Cleveland 351 V8 and four-speed top-loader gearbox, but the pillarless hardtop body gives it a completely different presence. Values have diverged significantly in recent years, with good GT Coupes now commanding a 30-40% premium over equivalent sedans. If you're looking at one, the hardtop-specific rust points around the rear window channel and the sail panel seams are critical inspection areas that the sedan doesn't have.
