Floor pans

Symptoms

Rust holes in the floor. You can see the road.

Cause

Water ingress, lack of underseal, decades of entropy.

Fix

  1. 1 Small holes: cut out, weld in patches
  2. 2 Large areas: replace entire floor section. Repair panels available
  3. 3 POR-15 or similar rust encapsulator on underside after repair
